Our support package gives you personalised support, we can help with anything from website html/css coding through to direct debit implementation – YM support does not cover this type of functionality.

Why should i redesign my website or member portal?

As we know websites are the shop front of your business, it is always important to be updating your site, keeping it current and always improving your website.  Members and non-members like to see things changing it gives them a reason to visit time and time again.

Is the support online or in our offices?

We can easily travel to your offices, all we ask is for our cost of travel to be covered.  We use skype, zoom, whats app and can also do online meetings sharing our computer screens, whichever is more comfortable and best for you and your team.

What is included in my free review?

You might not believe it but yes it is FREE.  OnlineM has been set up to help everyone make the most of technology and if we can share the knowledge then we all gain.  Of course we would love some work but there is absolutely no obligation and so far all of my free reviews have ended with the client gaining so much information that they were unaware of.
